We were very disappointed with the photos we received from Samuel Da Silva for the following…read morereasons: 1) It took about 45 days for our wedding photos to be provided to us. 2) We were promised 400 photos but received less than the number agreed to. Instead, he tried to make up numbers by providing us the same photos in black and white, in addition to colour. 3) A large number of the photos taken both indoors and outdoors were overexposed. Most of the the lighting issues could be fixed relatively easily with software, available free online. While we're not experts, it took is very little time to fix these lighting errors ourselves. What is disappointing is that he did not take the time to fix these himself, even though he was late in delivering the photos. It seemed that he had just downloaded the photos from the camera's memory card to CD. Overall we received amateurish photos and we would not recommend him to our friends.

On the day, she was exactly as the other reviews here have described her charming, very un-obtrusive and got my husband to agree to 30 minutes of couple photos (when he had said he'd do 10 minutes max!). The photos were up on her website incredibly quickly and she thoughtfully sent a couple immediately afterwards to pop on Facebook. I had a rough vision outlined, and Matt was happy to communicate via email, phone, and Skype. He helped me clarify my vision and was excellent for me to bounce ideas off of him as to where, when, and how. He was able to suggest the EXACT locations and we explored them together on Google Street View as we Skyped. There were some other people involved in the surprise for my fiancee, and getting them to coordinate with Matt was a a breeze. Even though I was flying in from the States, the proposal planning process and execution was one through which I had plenty of peace of mind thanks to how detail-oriented Matt was throughout the process. Even the day before and day of, he discretely communicated with me to make sure everything was perfect. And then the PHOTOS. Matt is so talented, but beyond that, he is so nice to be around. My fiancee and I had a wonderful time hanging out and enjoying our special time together, and Matt was able to seamlessly capture that in an amazing photo shoot. He's awesome!!!

Patryk was recommended to me by another photographer. When we met him to discuss wedding…read morephotographs, we knew we had found a talented individual; he was extremely passionate about his work, he cuts no corners, he is a scientist (biochemist) and an academic as well. He believes in the importance of images in memories; when we met him he told us a story about his elderly relative and his beloved, over-sized dog which he had photographed at leisure from time to time; and how, following the demise of the dog, his relative had treasured these pictures and how much that meant to him. He was extremely polite, unassuming and professional. He worked incredibly hard at our wedding - not missing a single moment. He worked from 11 am until midnight. I'm not sure if he took a break at all. His photographs are artful, thoughtful and intelligent. No cheesy poses. I don't remember seeing him at the wedding; he is remarkably discreet and quiet, but yet has captured hundreds upon hundreds of moments. We could not have asked for a more stunning set of photographs. There were 1500! I loved that he did not edit or cut too many; he just gave them all to us. His photos are entirely unpretentious. They are colourful, vibrant, alive. I cannot recommend Patryk enough. He is extremely talented and I hope to see his work in galleries in the future. He is not just a wedding photographer, and some of his street photography is remarkable. I would not hesitate to recommend patryk as a photographer and professional.

The idea that we would only pay for the photos seemed too good to be true; I didn't know what to expect. But when put in contact with Ben he was so helpful to work with through email, to determine where we'd meet, what kind of photos & background shots we'd like, what time of day worked best, etc. We were visiting London for our 10 year anniversary and I wanted to make it a really special memory. Ben was the best photographer I've ever worked with. Better than our wedding photographer. He posed us when needed, helped us to be natural for other shots (which can be challenging when being photographed while passersby are watching). He'd have us ready in a pose and have us hold until the perfect moment when there was no one behind us AND a red double decker bus was going by...which really made for some beautiful pops of color and showed off that we were in London. I requested an hour bc I wanted to save money and only commit to a purchase of 15 photos. Ben stayed with us for OVER 2 hours, even though he knew I would potentially only purchase the lowest number of pictures. This photo shoot is essentially free so his time with us depended on the # of photos purchased and he still spent so much time with us. When we got the photos I was blown away. I ended up buying them all. I'm already designing a photo book. We feel so lucky to have found this company, and that Ben was our photographer. These beautiful photos will hang in our home forever. I could not recommend EVERphotoshoot higher...you don't even need to be celebrating a special event. We took the photos with the idea of only maybe having 15/30 that we would like a pick up but of the over 170 photos she sent we fell in love with the vast majority of them. We ended up getting the whole package at a more than reasonable price. We hadn't had professional photos taken before so it say a lot about how talented to a photographer Larisa was for them to come out so well.
