We have used Adapt for several months and unfortunately the service has continually gotten worse, month after month. From a good clean to barely wiping things down. When we brought our concerns to management, we were promised several times in writing they would resolve the issues and clean as promised. Instead, they continually sent other teams and had many scheduling issues. Empty promises of correcting the problems time and time again. Finally, today we decided to terminate the service as the team (another new one) didn't even attempt to mop the floors, clean the kitchen counters or clean the master bathroom. Super dependable company; the cleaning team we have is outstanding! They do a great job, very detailed, and they are very nice/polite. I found this service from a Facebook ad, took a chance and have been a loyal customer for around six months. The cost is the best I could find (other than individuals who clean but are not a company per se). Even if they charged more I'd stay with them. They are so easy to deal with and do all they can to accommodate any and all of our needs, schedule, etc. I do recommend Adapt Cleaning. We are very pleased with the services from Adapt. They were very responsive to all messages I sent so I was quickly able to schedule a deep clean for my daughter's home. They went out to do a consult on Thursday and we had the deep clean scheduled for Monday. They did an awesome job with the cleaning, and cleaned every nook and cranny in the house.
