We went to view a car (Vauxhall Corsa) with low mileage which was advertised misleadingly online…read more Upon arriving we saw that all the cars are parked very close to each other in a muddy yard out back behind the main garage. It is near impossible to inspect the bodywork without asking them to move other vehicles. Upon inspection it was clear that the vehicle had very poor bodywork. When we talked about a reasonable price and I brought up the price the seller (a young man) became very aggressive and rude. A very poor sales tactic if it ever was one. Frankly speaking this was a very unpleasant and awkward experience for us given that we travelled 1.5 hours to see the car. No support was offered. Now that I think about it's clear that they were doing their level best to hide issues with the cars by keeping silent. Simply put, SK Motors in Hanwell, Ealing, offers nothing more than trashy products and trashy customer service. I would encourage anyone intending to do business with them to review them online prior to visiting and save yourself a journey!

I came back at end of day to collect (as agreed) but then told it was delayed. I then waited for home delivery the following week (as agreed) but no car. I'm leaving this review as cannot find a way to contact the service team (no reply to enquiry through website. After phoning and leaving a message, they returned the call only to put me on hold for five minutes then hang up on me). I had great service from Wimbledon Honda the last few years, and this was first time with Chiswick. Please return my car! Or at least email me!

ACHTUNG CAUTION…read moreWARNING Do consider my experience before booking in your car for a service.... It was my first time getting the car serviced at West London VW. Unfortunately without boring you with all the details here are some of the things that went wrong: Telephone booking service advised incorrect opening hours when I got there they were closed Website had not been updated and showed incorrect opening hours Service Advisor had a very abrupt manner about her, she was the sort of person who has to win every argument even when clearly mistaken At the time of booking I specifically asked that the anti corrosion check isn't carried out - they carried it out At the time of booking I specifically asked they kept the old parts for my inspection - they said had thrown them away They washed the car but it still had grease marks on it They delivered the wrong car to my address, it took three attempts to convince the driver it was the wrong one They finally delivered my car but they did not follow COVID protocols of sanitizing the keys and main controls prior to hand over The receipt was presented in a thin card sleeve which said if not extremely satisfied contact Simon Poole, Commercial Director and it detailed his email address. So I wrote to him and guess what, no reply at all, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. A few days passed and I received a survey from VW asking how my service experience was, I completed it in detail (far more than here) of my terrible experience from start to finish and how I felt after dealing with the abrupt Service Advisor. Three days later I had a phone call from Denise at the dealership who apologized and said she had discussed my experience with the Service Advisor but what was even more disappointing is it became clear she had only skimmed over my survey, when for example I mentioned how badly washed the car was it was news to her and also about a few other elements. Plus there was no offer of service recovery, no please bring your car down and we'll wash it properly, no let me deduct something from the service cost for ruining your weekend plans etc. Am giving two stars because at least they took off the cost of a cab from my total service bill so I could get home as they needed the car for longer. They hold the VW franchise and are also an authorized Skoda service centre.

They are pleasant people to deal with and they always stock a wide selection of relatively affordable Bentley and Rolls Royce Cars. It is a successful high margin business. The owner is very shrewd in his trading of cars, when trading with them just be aware that they are a very willing buyer but might not offer the best price. We have both bought and sold cars through them. However unfortunately we reached a point where we will probably not be taking our Bentley back there in the future. The garage offers a '5 star warranty' and often describes its stock as 'totally immaculate throughout'. When I bought my Bentley from them I was informed that the warranty did not cover the head gasket but if it happened to fail within the warranty period the garage would split the bill 50/50. 15 months later and the worst happens. We ended up with an invoice for GBP5,200 to fix the head gasket, which I paid. This was not a GBP10,000 job. Then we discovered that the garage had returned the car to us with brake pads below minimum thickness, suspension/ball joint problems, steering issues and faulty doors. We had not been informed of these problems before doing the head gasket work and so ended up spending much more to finally get the issues fixed. This experience for me revealed two major issues with using Hanwells going forward. 1) If you buy a car from them and it fails the maximum benefit under the warranty is just GBP1,000 after the first 90 days 2) Loss of confidence in their work due to the failure to inspect the car prior to its return and 3) They have recently increased their labour rates by over 25% and so are no longer much cheaper than other maintenance options.

Seen in every borough and loved by all this is a great little car. If has managed this status regardless of those estate agents in green tearing about London causing chao's and upsetting people and is testament to how much we do indeed love it. Having used these guy's for business purposes I am happy to recommend them for their quality of service. If you are looking for new or used, they will be happy to discuss exactly what you want, design a car to your exact requirements, this includes many different accessories to make you car as unique as possible or source something similar if possible. They can also offer various finance packages and you buy with the knowledge that this dealer is franchised under the BMW umbrella.

First time they covered the car in swirl marks from washing it badly and the second time they left a nasty dent in the bonnet. The service staff are absolutely useless and arrogant and will not give you the premium service you expect from a premium brand. These guys have totally tarnished the BMW name for me and I will not be buying another thanks to them.

The car had issues and report was furnished but car giant would not agree to it they kept my car for 6 days then allege nothing was wrong they think we are fools !! Even my 13 year son picks up well on the issues Car Giant is a good con artist with its pushy staff who do not give a toss all reviews say's it all very shocking I feel this place needs to be shut down soon or later . Bought a 3008 as a mobility car for my disabled family, broke down despite being under warranty…read more(they only offer 6 months) we'd had it for 4 months. Car giant said it would be covered, they're wrangling out of it. So having to take them to court as they've shafted us with £16,000 finance and a car that they won't repair despite doing less than 4000 miles. Avoid these con artists ripping you off to make a sales commission on broken motors and not repairing them despite all the promises that they will. The garage they recommend us go to quoted 2-3K for the repair which CarGiant has refused to do due to price. Nice broken car and 5 years of finance! Avoid like the plague, Your family & pocket will thank you for it.
