Things only got better as I was welcomed by Florence. A truly lovely person, she runs a phenomenal B&B where she has thought about every last detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It's spotlessly clean, homey, and everything runs smoothly. There are sitting areas inside and outside (which is also lovely). After getting acquainted with Florence and her darling dogs, she gave me the recommendation for dinner which was perfect after my long day. And we bonded over our shared connections to my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Her place is centrally located to make the easy and visually appealing walk into Adare. By the way, Adare is a perfect place to stay being less than two hours from both the cliffs and Dingle. I'm so glad I stumbled on this gorgeous little village in one of my guidebooks and then found Coatesland House for boarding. My only regret is that I stayed for only one night. I'm already dreaming of coming back. (And yes....breakfast IS wonderful)

Every morning Florence and her assistant, Linda, cooked up an elaborate, delicious Irish breakfast that was worthy of a Michelin star. There was plenty of space, decorated retro style.....which was charming. The rooms were comfortable and I liked that she had cookies, tea, coffee and a kettle in all the rooms. Florence is an animal lover and her dogs are well trained and adorable. This B&B was a pure joy to stay at. We will definitely be back.
