Took my nephew to the office to discuss an open position (he is new to Frankfort with a History B. A. looking to work to get started) and we were met with a locked door in the hours that would not be lunch. The lady came to the door agitated, did not greet us and just said "use the website" and shut and locked the door again. We did not even get a word in. She just opened the door, said that, closed and locked it again in our face. Terrible customer service and the crew might need attitude/customer service training. This is one of the worst managed temp agencies I have ever been to. I have inquired at many locations before and you don't receive attitude like you do with Adecco. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Aerotek, Synergy workforce solutions, Remedy staffing, Resource MFG, and a few more. If possible you may want to reconsider choosing this as a temp agency you want to work with. The workers do not take responsibility for their mistakes when providing you with incorrect Information. They will try their hardest to avoid work whenever possible from what it seems. Any questions you have after starting a position will mean that you will go a long time without receiving an answer. Denise needs an attitude adjustment, and treats her clients like garbage when you make inquiries as well. There is religious quotes on the walls of the establishment which I do not believe should be found within this type of environment. Please reconsider when you are choosing an agency to work with!
