Worst company to work for, you are a pulse in a seat, new hires get your day shift while you are forced to work nights, shift bid gets taken away, 19 brands and 2 years. I'd leave no stars if I could. TERRIBLE place. I worked at radial/adecco for a week. I was training. They train way to fast and poorly. You have to learn how to manage 9 different softwares and websites in 4 days AND memorize the entire website that you'll be answering calls for because at the 5th day your placed on live calls. I was not ready, yet I did pretty well. I exceeded my own expectations. I was told by multiple group leaders I was doing a great job. I made it on time every day & followed all the rules. The following Monday I'm heading to work and get a call saying they don't think I'm a good fit and can no longer work there. I went anyway to sit down and speak to someone because I didn't understand why I was getting fired. The woman who sat w/ me was super rude (jennifer) and refused to let me speak to anyone above her when I had asked. She told me because my overall grade was below average (we only took 3 tests I passed one failed 2). No one told us that if we failed we would be fired. The group leader Wayne also told us that if our grade is failing, we would be able to re-take any test to make my average passing. They lied. They do not let you re take a test instead, they fire you with no warning. To add on, I worked a full week 9-5 and no one will answer my phone calls in regards to how I will get payed for that week. I've called them countless times, staffing agency, the front desk, even one of the group leaders cell numbers. It's been 4 days of them not answering calls. Just wanna start out by saying. This company here is a living joke to work for. I've been waiting a week now for my first check that literally every other single person has seemed to have received. Y u must ask because they never put my hours in the system. Which I then find out that I'm not in the system. So my question is. WHERE IS MY CHECKS??????....... My insurance has now been cancelled because y'all never gave me my check. Oh ya an Halloween is tomorrow wanna know if any of my kids have costumes? Nope..... This is the worst place to apply. They do not look at your resume when you ask they are nothing but nasty with their responses. This employment agency is the biggest joke I have ever seen. They need to get their acts together before they get fired from the client site again! They interview you and hire for a position you don't ever apply for they do not look at resumes. They only make money if they place people that's why they hire like herds. They lie to you to get you in their which is total crap! You have to chase them down for anything it's all one epic joke.
