The type that is designed to be eaten with a fork an a knife - not because it is a super fancy interpretation of bread/cheese/stuff combo demanding respect and slow reflection upon consumption, but because it is too soggy to pick up as a slice. Its still pretty good overall. And all the standard topics are all there. If you are used to the simple goodness of a NYC style pizza, or the charcoal grilled crisp flatbreads so popular on the East Coast, go for some Belgian cuisine instead.
