I'd contemplated cosmetic dentistry for years but been put off by the possible cost. Nevertheless, I decided to take the plunge and went in for a consultation. I felt no embarrassment, At first the cost seemed high but the level of care and courtesy and, above all, the quality of dentistry made it worthwhile. Now, when people talk to me, they look at my face instead of my teeth!.

I went to them for a new denture but they persuaded me to have a two unit implant instead. This cost over £2000. When the crown went on the implant it was fitted too tightly against the small incisor tooth next to it. I knew this immediately and told the dentist but he assured me all was well then and again the next day when I called him. This was 7 months ago and that tooth has never recovered. The dentist subsequently implied that this tooth was already lose because I was grinding my teeth. He raised no concerns about the health of that tooth before fitting the implant and it was most definetely not lose. In addition he offered me no follow up appointment after fitting the crown and initially offered me virtually no advice on dental hygene in cleaning around the area and protecting the damaged tooth. The appointments were short and he appeared in a rush. I am very disappointed with the service from Mr Solanki. Part of the rationale he gave me for having an implant instead of a denture was that it would protect the tooth next to it and give it greater longevity. This has been far from the case. My NHS dentist has told me that the long term outlook for this tooth is now very poor. It remains lose and at some stage will need to be removed. I raised all this with Mr Solanki at the last appointment I had with him and he said he was happy with the outcome of the treatment.

The team were really great and analysised my teeth and mouth and actually tooth notice of my needs and requests. They recommended me the Inman Aligner, as being the most effective and fast acting braces and they weren't wrong! I could go down the isle, proud of my smile for once and I really can't thank the team enough for all the great work and care they gave me and i'll be sending the wedding pictures soon!

I was referred by my usual dentist, as I needed a complicated wisdom tooth extraction and he thought this dentist was an expert in this field. I was quite nervous, however the dentist put me at my ease went through the procedure, giving me all options before he did anything. As I was staying awake throughout the procedure, he made it clear that he would stop at any time and put me out. He then took out my wisdom tooth, stopping every few minutes so that I could rest my jaw. The dentist and his assistant gave me some after care advice and told me to ring if I had any problems at all. It went fine and if I knew it was going to be that easy, I wouldn't have been worried at all. First class care - highly recommended.

The surgery is designed to put you at ease with a play area for the children and sedate music softly playing in the back ground with pastle colours on the walls and plenty of magazines for adults. All the dentists here are very good in there own areas of expertise as well as general dentistry. They do easy payment plans and have a range of fixed prices for treatment, they even open late two nights a week. It's the only dentist I would trust, dont get me wrong I will never look forward to a visit here but I do go. Receptionist's are great.

Before beginning the treatment at this place, we confirmed "twice" with the advisor at the…read morereception that the proposed treatment is "NHS treatment" and not a "private treatment". This was necessary in our case as my dental insurance policy only covers "NHS treatment". The advisor at the reception desk reiterated after confirming with other colleague that this is indeed an "NHS treatment". After getting the assurance we decided to go ahead with the treatment that lasted over few months. After completing the treatment, I tried to reimburse the money using my insurance policy and they informed me that a full payment of the treatment can not be issued because this is not an "NHS treatment". After this I called the dental practice again and this time the advisor told me that the treatment I underwent is classed as "non-essential treatment and not an NHS treatment". This was completely opposite to what we were told at the beginning of the treatment. They simply shrug off their responsibility by saying oh you have signed the form! However, before signing the forms we did ask them twice to clarify if this was an NHS treatment or not and they did confirm that it's an NHS treatment. This "U" turn from their side means that I cannot reimburse the treatment money. Not only that but the quality of the treatment itself was questionable. For example, during my first treatment which should have only lasted for 30 minutes (again that is the time advised by them) it took them over an hour to complete the treatment. The reason being lack of adequate equipment which they had to share between the different rooms in this practice. Not only that but the assistant had no clue of what equipment was being requested by the Dr. carrying out the surgery and hence was bringing in a different equipment every time.

It was abusive and very upsetting and traumatised me with a fear of the dentist It left me very anxious going to the dentist for a very long time . I had a problem with my front tooth since this awful dentistry I had 12 years ago. I had many things done to rectify the problem but never really solved I then found Dr Deepti Varanasi , and what a treasure she has been. I had other teeth problems and extraction and they were all done with such care . July this year Dr Varanasi replaced a front crown that just did not sit right . It was done with such care and attention , and time to get this tooth just right . The attention to detail was first class. I was always asked throughout the procedure was I comfortable . I can not praise Dr Deepti Varanasi enough so a big , big thank you for your expertise and kindness I must mention Kay the Dental nurse who suggested Dr Varanasi to me and has been there on many of my procedures and has been marvellous too , big thank you to you . Not forgetting reception staff especially Sara who I have known for a long time now and is always so helpful. Must not forget Cherelle on reception. Superb care and really well trained staff…read more I am really impressed with the knowledge and skill of the dentists, who have done some quite technical work on my teeth. The hygienists here are also really good, they explain what's going on in my mouth and how to maximise the benefits of my oral hygiene routine. I would recommend this practice to everyone. (but please don't all join otherwise I will struggle to get an appointment) .

I originally found them through NHS choices and they were very highly rated on there. I was looking to have my rather horrible wonky teeth sorted out for my upcoming. The website was awash with promises of what they could offer me, of how easy it would be etc and my honest initial feeling was one of "This sounds too good to be true" but I quickly found upon meeting them all, that it wasn't, they really are just that good at what they do. I'm through the process now of having braces and all that goes with that process and despite the obvious issues of having braces, I don't have a single issue or complaint about Khalid or his team. Exemplary service and support from everyone there. Couldn't be more pleased with end result. Not just clean, straight teeth but a new found passion my overall oral hygiene that will ensure they stay that way. Cant recommend Bank View Smile Studios highly enough. Although it is a private dentist i never feel like they are trying to carry out unnecssary work and they will only do what is required. They help me make the most of my dental allowance from my insurance policy and send you both e-mail and text reminders which is great as i often book appoinments at 6 month intervals. Imram my dentist and Rachel the hygienist are lovely and i trust them both implicitly to take care of my teeth nd kerp everything on tip top condition. If you are needing a dentist in th city centre i recommend this one. They can offer pay monthly schmes and often do seasonal tooth care packages.

I was in incredible pain, and was dubious that id be able to find a dentist that would accept me - i thought id have to wait until i was home and then make an appointment there. As i say, they were able to see me at short notice and i found the dental practice to be quite a relaxing place and the dentist that i saw put me at my ease. After about 40 minutes of dental work my condition was stabilised and i was out of pain and able to continue my trip. I felt the dental charges were quite high, but i couldnt fault there service in any way and if i lived closeby i would probably use them again.
