Initially i was not very happy with them. I went there to buy some timber to construct a ramp for…read moremy wheelchair but because of mobility problems I was unable to put the timber on the roof rack, the person I saw said he would put it on the rack but would not secure it, citing the old chestnut health and safety. I had no option but to leave without the timber, and still without a ramp. HOWEVER, the next day I phoned them and asked for the timber to be delivered for which there is a charge, but this charge was waived and the person delivering, (the same afternoon), apologised for not being able to secure the timber to my roof rack. So overall, I was very happy with the company and will use them again, especially as their prices are really good.
