Do not use this agency and especially Selina Meier a junior assistant who knows nothing about real estate and has an IQ=0. They are the most unprofessional service in Basel. The apartment I was interested in renting was poorly finished (only one coat of paint of the wood work) , the heating system not working properly and when I asked to meet with them before signing the contract (which they did not give me time to translate in English or Italian), I was told that there was no need for a meeting as they were not willing to paint the wood work (which I would have done at my expenses) or consider my other requests.
