As much as I told myself the goal wasn't to hear her say we were making the right decision, in reality, I still very much hoped to hear that. I also feared Susan might say the opposite--that she wasn't intuiting the moment was right, which would have greatly increased our anguish. So it was with some anxiety that I moved forward, encouraging myself to have faith in the decision we'd already made, and the idea that a session with Susan might shed some light on the situation. What I didn't anticipate was how much she would actually help Sparky. Susan visited our home the afternoon before the vet came to the house. She sat down beside a pretty sleepy pup and talked quietly with us while he slept. She also sat in silence beside him, just listening in the quiet. After a little while, she expressed that the Sparky she was intuiting in the moment seemed very different from the Sparky of a few years ago. She said she tried to communicate to him that tomorrow morning he'd be leaving this realm and would soon be free of all his pain, but she wasn't sure she was getting through to him--she just kept intuiting "a lot of fog." We explained he had dementia. After more moments of just sitting, Susan said she'd asked him what he needed, and again, the fog, but the word "peace" came to her. She mentioned that his desire for peace was not only for him, but for us, too. While we were talking to Susan in the entryway as she was leaving, Sparky got up, walked across the room, and sat down beside her. She knelt down to say goodbye, and he gave her lots of kisses--in the way that he used to do when he appreciated people. This was very unusual for him--he'd long since given up socializing. The next morning we took Sparky for a neighborhood walk before the vet was due to arrive. To our surprise, he ran for several blocks (his arthritis kept him from doing that for the last 9 months), walking all the way to an old haunt of his, a local cafe. We sat on benches outside, and Sparky ate some of his favorite pastries that he'd long since lost interest in, all while looking in the direction opposite from home--he was ready to keep going. Sparky's passing was very peaceful. I've revisited that moment too many times in the past 4 months, unfortunately, but one thought that increasingly reverberates for me is how willingly he seemed to lie down. He was at peace and ready to say goodbye, and we were too. We credit the blessing of Susan's insight for this, and we are deeply grateful.

When we got there we learnt apple picking was not happening anymore but they have a huge property with alot of vegetables, a walking and tasting tour and a horse!!! First we met Ben, the magical horse who made our day! We got to brush his hair , feed him and just hang out with him. What a unique experience! Note- They host birthday parties there so the horse can play with the kids. Next we met the main farmer who took us on a walking tour of everything they grow. We tried the most unique flowers, herbs, leaves, etc. most memorable were the chocolate mint, fennel, quinine, edible flowers that taste like cucumber. We tasted alot more including their honey which was great! The farmer was funny, engaging and so knowledgeable too! They sell plants and dried herbs and honey along with veggies and other things. We bought a few things and some plants and had a great chat with the kind farm owner. She is just amazing and knew everything about everything on the farm! Highly recommend! Note- They have parking on site and carry cash to buy things!

So just like vegetation in your home garden what's ready and available vary! And nature controls things too, so it's ridiculous to expect they are fully stocked for specific items at all time! Be kind and reasonable! Anyway, we came here late summer last year for the first time and I definitely loved it! Everyone we met who worked there was very informative and friendly! We especially love their honey! Their bees work hard and it paid off! Definitely great especially to fend off allergy (especially if you're local!). The sweet therapy Horse, Ben is adorable, though be careful with his teeth, he is a sweet animal. There is also a cute small dog that sometimes roam around belongs to the sweet lady who works there. On my 2nd visit, I learned that "flowers" can taste like cucumber! No joke! It was fascinating and also rhubarb stalk taste delicious raw, dipped in a bit of honey. We love this little local farm and will definitely come back. A great place to bring kids and teach them to appreciate fresh fruits and veggies directly from the source.

From the moment that I arrived at my session with Barry, the ambiance was completely calming and helped the transition of the next two hours. Even before I arrived, Barry had fully analyzed my horoscope and had made detailed notes about events and personal thoughts that no one else had ever known about. Throughout the session, Barry was supportive and clearly articulated and explained the meaning and importance of each factor. More importantly, however, was the fact that Barry never tried to provide his own thoughts on what I should do. Instead, he merely told me his analysis and left the interpretation and what I choose to do with the information, up to me. In addition, Barry also provided an audio recording of our session and was willing to any lingering questions I had. Talking with Barry was highly enlightening and a great positive experience. When Barry makes a prediction or forecast, try not to think of them in terms of "right" or "wrong" but rather as a guide to prepare for future events. The stars have a huge impact on our lives and I would pay very close attention to the remedies that Barry suggests in his reading. As always, the remedies won't change your fate but rather lessen the impacts of malefic planets in your horoscope. Barry is extremely knowledgeable and have studied with of the old masters in this field and I highly doubt you will find another such knowledgable astrologer atleast in the US. I also appreciate Barry's patience with questions and explaining things in very simple terms. I would however recommend to read up a bit about Vedic astrology prior to meeting with Barry. There are plenty of websites that would help you understand this in more details. Most people come to Barry when things are not going well (such is human nature), but I would suggest talking to Barry no matter how things are going. The reason I came to Barry for the reading was that in the last couple of years I felt like I'm losing a focus in my life and was in a constant search of myself not knowing who I am and what I really want and need. Barry provided me with the most insightful analysis of my chart. His description of my personality and past experiences were spot-on. It almost felt like he had known me for a long time. One of Barry's gifts is he is able to present the predictions with surgical precision and yet with compassion. I had only one astrology reading with Barry about 4 months ago. It was 2 hours and was sooooo insightful and different than other readings I've had with other astrologers. Barry delivered messages from my chart that resonated deep within me. He was so precise when discussing my childhood, relationship with my parents, my personality, my past karma and challenges in life. Since my last review about my husbands reading, we have taken 2 more life reading sessions with Barry. One for myself and my daughter. My daughter was just 6 months when we took the reading and Barry's reading have helped us see how she does some things in some way. The reading has given an opportunity to tune my daughter's strength areas and work on overall nurturing her natural traits and talent. His reading is so accurate, its amazing to see them unfold in our day to day life. I know his charges are a bit on higher side but for anybody to study the horoscope in such detail and interpret it for 2-2.5 hours, takes immense knowledge and patience. Wow. I just got another reading from Barry this week and was amazed at how spot on he was. He is a truly gifted astrologer learning from the best of the best in India--no weekend Vedic astrology workshop certificates here! He's the real deal. I was kind of shocked to see Robyn's review as my experience of Barry has been the total opposite. He is honest and won't sugar coat what he sees in a chart, which make his readings so valuable but sometimes uncomfortable. Doing clairvoyant work myself, I know some people can get angry when I don't tell them what they want to hear, but what I see psychically...with compassion and honesty. Barry's reading is like no other! I have had astrology readings by many masters over the past 35 years and none have been as complete and clearly delivered as Barry's.
