I needed a one-time house cleaning service, declined the 3-people crew as inefficient in my view…read moreand requested that the cleaning be performed on November 11 at 1 pm stressing that I had no flexibility with the date and time. I received a call on November 11 at Noon to inform me that the crew would consist of 3 people and would arrive early. I indicated that I had specifically rejected a 3-person crew and after several phone calls was told I would get a 2-person crew. The team took 2 hours and seemed fairly conscientious. However, after the crew left, I started noticing some "misses" including the top of the fridge had not been cleaned and I found debris and dust under a bed (see photo). I sent an email expressing my disappointment and after a few days received a hurried telephone call from a Tony who introduced himself as the general manager. He was clearly not interested in listening to me as he kept interrupting and seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone. This was clearly a cursory call at best. He mentioned they had a 24-hour hotline for these instances. I had not been made aware of this and I cannot find mention of it on their website. He concluded by inviting me to call him if I wanted future cleaning service. In summary: - Not responsive - Substandard workmanship - Poor customer service I will stay away.
