Got an appointment with his NP Ilene as I was due for my 2nd dose of PROLIA. She was supposed to send my prescription to my pharmacy. I left multiple messages for the NP, the nurse and the coordinator. Additional messages to the office pharmacist with no results. Not a single phone call returned. They definitely treat the whole patient and not just the symptoms by casually reaching for the presctiption pad. I have not had even one problem at any level, be it appointments, prescriptions, or referrals. They even assisted me in getting more benefits from my insurance.
