I enrolled in their GRE prep course from August till the end of September of 2011. I had previously…read morebought the prep books myself but could not motivate myself in to properly getting down to business. I took the initiative and enrolled in a class despite their large cost, I did catch a break with a sale for $300 off the $1100 price tag. I recommend that you join their mailing list (same goes for Kaplan) if you have a lot of time before you plan on writing your test so that you're well informed of any discounts going on. Starting August 2011 the GRE exam was of a completely new format and the Princeton Review being a third party that offers training on these standardised tests had no sure fire method for predicting exactly what would be going on and there were numerous bugs in their online prep material and made writing practise tests extremely arduous. But for everything else they provide including the small classrooms (I had 8 - 10 people every week), to a friendly instructor always available via email and even though their online system was buggy, it was useful for the most part as the best way to prep is to keep going at questions I would say it's worth it to take the class and everyone in class I spoke to agreed. The techniques they have for tackling questions were very helpful as almost all their questions are answerable it's just how to utilize your time best that's the challenge. I must admit that some of their techniques measured up to be slower than my own workings out so, as a student you need to figure out what's best for you (and that's by doing practise tests). Some students enrol just to gain access to the online content but I highly recommend going to all the classes too, they never hurt even with that 1 student who needs everything explained more than once. If you have a standardized test coming up, I highly suggest you look at the classes well ahead of time and seriously consider spending the money in to giving yourself a good shot of getting those high scores.

Nick is a great LSAT tutor. I had one other tutor before him and I even took a powerscore class, it…read morewas all a waste of money. Nick has a complete breakdown of the test and he teaches you strategy which helps a lot. He also has tons of materials and older tests to use. Thanks Nick!

This is long but I highly suggest you read in order to save you money and time!!!…read moreI would consider looking at other options if you've just started studying for the LSAT. Nick's prices are super high and his lessons didn't help much at all. I spent over 2k on his tutoring package... vs $200 a month on 7sage. His method is based on doing multiple practice tests rather than learning how to approach each question, scenario, etc. on the test. 7sage teaches you the opposite approach and I found that more helpful. I was also prompted to consider a different learning method after Nick was frustrated with me at our last lesson when I asked him to teach with a learning style more suited to me. I believe I asked how to approach questions with conditional logic by learning about conditional logic first...he said I should've given him advanced notice ahead of time and that I wasn't doing enough homework myself. How could I have done any more homework if all I was being taught was to do practice tests? I started to feel like I got scammed. More could have been done to make better use of my sessions in my opinion! I wasn't planning on ever writing this but I was extremely disappointed when I approached Nick for a refund on only my last few lessons I didn't attend. Having explained how I began to take 7sage and how it actually helped to increase my score, Nick first of all, didn't answer for many days and finally he pointed to his non refundable policy. Given how he treated me during our last session, some consideration would've been appreciated. Just be careful when considering Ozprep. Do your research and weigh out all other options before buying his tutoring package(s). I wish I did!!

He knows his…read morestuff extremely well and he keeps the energy high, which was absolutely critical if we were going to absorb any from an evening class. We did have a substitute instructor and one of our classes, and while he wasn't bad, I certainly noticed the difference in terms of my ability to understand and absorb the material. For those of you who are more price sensitive: I was a little skeptical about paying anything for a GMAT course, let alone a premium for Veritas, but it's one of the best decisions I made in the MBA process. Sign up and they FedEx you a huge volume of print materials for the course, give you access to online diagnostic tests as well as more GMAT practice tests than you'll ever use (I think i used 3 of about 15). It's all a great way to stay motivated and on track. I began the course in May and by July I had taken the GMAT and scored in the 96th percentile, all while working a more-than-full-time job. Best of luck with your GMAT/MBA decisions!

The veritas books were easy to follow and Bobby made the class very interactive & keeps you laughing constantly. After completing the course, I don't think I could have studied the material on my own.
