I purchased a Dishwasher and a Refrigerator, from Home Depot, though the Army Air Force Exchange…read more The items arrived as scheduled, but then there were problems. They told me they could not install the dishwasher, because there was no shut off valve under the sink. I explained to him that the shut off valves for the plumbing in the residence, was located in the garage. I proceeded to show him the manifold that controls the water supply in the residence. He informed me, that my residence was not up to code. Excuse the hell out of me. They were going to leave the dishwasher in the garage and I told them that I was refusing to accept the dishwasher. He then walked to the garage door and hollered, so all my neighbors could hear that I was not accepting the dishwasher. They then installed my refrigerator. Told me not to use it for 24 hours, then to dump the ice. I had to ask him for the owners Manuel and paper work. He reached in the refrigerator, pulled it out and handed it to me. After he left, I spent an hour unpacking the shelving, etc, inside the refrigerator, with it running.

The gentleman we initially met at their yard gave a tour of all the trees in his golf cart, asked us several questions about what we were replacing, and what we thought we would like to replace it with. He stopped frequently to identify the different trees, provide all the pros and cons of each variety, whether they were particularly suitable for where we live, etc. We didn't feel rushed, he was exceptionally pleasant, and was happy to answer all our questions. When we decided what type of tree we wanted, we were handed a flag, picked out the exact tree we liked best, and they delivered it in a matter of days. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and for a reasonable fee, cut down and removed the dead tree. They were finished in no time, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. They only asked for payment when the old tree was gone, the new tree was planted, staked, watered, and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I really didn't think this level of customer service existed anymore. Go see them. You won't regret it.

The following morning, someone from the shop called me early on to inform me that they did not have any orchids available for the bouquet I had purchased.
