I have been taking my dogs to this vet for as long as I could remember but the most recent time I came in the front staff were so incredibly rude, specifically the white girl with blue eyes and black hair, I came up to the desk and she didn't even acknowledge me and when she spoke to me she spoke so degrading and so so rude. As I sat and waited for the vet to take my dog back I heard different clients complaining about the same girl and same problem. Maybe train your staff to have better customer service? I personally haven't had any problems with this place, except 1x when my dogs anal glands needed to be emptied, I recently had her teeth abstracted cuz of her nasty anal problem, I asked if they cud fix her glands and they said they don't do that, and I found out they do, I was kinda upset cuz now she gonna have to have the rest pulled and that's another 1300, and I don't have it. she is almost 15 and so she gonna have to go on hoping her mouth is ok. otherwise they do her nails, and everything else without a problem! also cheapest place for nails, everywhere else is like 32$ thank you guys for everything read more

I was excited by all the website "hype" and good reviews. I called to get information and the girl on the phone was really snippy. I had to prompt her to give me additional information and when she did she was extremely demeaning and had a gross uninterested attitude. I am not even scheduling based off of the initial phone call. You just unfortunately lost this business money. I've been in customer service myself going on 19 years and I would never speak to anyone on the phone the way this kid did. I'm thrilled to have found a place like Adobe for our Fry guy! We had booked his first appt on the phone a few weeks prior which was such a quick and easy process thanks to their front desk staff. When we arrived for our appt, we walked into a clean and comfortable lobby and got checked-in right away. Fry was a bit hyper at first but Dr. Phil gave him some treats and pets and helped him calm down and we were done with his shots in no time. We had a very scary situation happen not too long ago with our youngest pup Ranger, in our home. He had a bad case of seizures, which he's never had at all before, and we've never experienced this before either with any of our other dogs. Ranger does have a history of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) and we keep up with his care for that, however he's never had seizures before, none, zero. So, this was a scary situation for us, but we were very grateful and appreciative that Dr. Phil and his staff at Adobe Vet were able to get Ranger in right away and stabilize him! Their attention to Ranger was immediate, the second my husband brought him through the door, the staff started working on Ranger! I took my dog in for his teeth cleaning. He is 10 years old and only had 8 teeth. The vet pulled all 8 teeth without a courtesy phone call or my consent. I sent a certified letter requesting his records and they sent it back refusing to give me his records.. If you are searching for a vet for your animals this is the place to go, hands down! This is one of our dogs favorite places to go! We have been taking both of our dogs here for around 3 years. It has been nothing short of an amazing experience every visit! We have seen Dr. Ryan, Dr. Phil and Dr. Greg, each one has shown care, compassion, and love towards our fur babies. I truly have not been to a veterinary clinic where they have been so kind and truly listen to you. They are also very affordable for veterinary services compared to other places I have seen. Recently, my dog Nellie (2 year old goldendoodle), bit her tongue and punctured it. We took her to an emergency vet as it wouldn't stop bleeding and they said to monitor her. The next day it was much worse so I called to schedule an appointment at Adobe to have her seen. They were able to get her in that afternoon with Dr. Ryan. Dr. Ryan was able to examine her and decided she would need to get her scheduled for a sedated exam and suture with possible surgery. They were able to get Nellie in the next morning and ended up needing to remove part of her tongue. They were incredibly communicative with what they were doing and how to care for her after surgery. Dr. Ryan made sure we felt comfortable with everything and asked for us to keep in contact with any and all updates/concerns. We did end up sending photos and getting advice via prompt emails back. About a week and half after surgery we noticed there was a large loop of stitch in her mouth hanging out so we called to see what to do. They were able to get Nellie in the next day and get it taken care of. We truly are beyond grateful for Dr. Ryan and everyone at Adobe for all they do to keep our dogs healthy. read more

If you're searching to feel at ease, knowing you're getting THE BEST care for your animals, please continue, as I feel many can relate. I've always had dogs. I've been to several veterinarian's. In that, learned there's going to be a struggle finding the right place and care for our pets (family members) I feel it's fair and safe to say, I, like most have come to expect or know, the majority of veterinary offices are likely to be disgustingly expensive! More importantly though, is weather or not the they're worth it? Are they giving our pets the diagnosis/treatment they need? Do they have a passion for what they do, compassion and do they truly care for their patients? Or is it ONLY about money??? It's unfortunate, I feel the need to question these things. Truth is, I'm grateful and appreciative for anyone in their line of work! Perhaps that's why I find it more than aggravating to worry about things like, will they make me bring them back 10 times for tests that aren't always necessary, drain my account before or IF they come up with a diagnosis or solution? In my case, with my "allergy monster" (named by Dr. Phil Heitman at Adobe.) and before finding Adobe and Dr. Phill I had tried yet another vet that I was extremely disappointed in! I felt I HAD to give him and his staff a terrible, still accurate review. I write the way I talk (a lot ) so it has to be the WORST experience for me to A.) take the time to give the review and B) to possibly impact someone's business negatively. Trust, I've been to a handful of vet clinics I didn't care for in the slightest but always after a few visits, ensuring to give them a thorough chance however, the one I reviewed negatively, after being there 4-5 X's, walking away sick at the cost STILL no answer, explanation, no treatment or suggestion to help my little boy. It became BEYOND obvious the owner/Vet was tired of the work and his staff was rude at best. Which led me AGAIN on another search! I came across Adobe Vet Clinic. Of course, I was anxious! It started to feel I was searching for a unicorn! Starting over at a time when my little Frenchie had bumps all over, allergic to everything! Id feared the worst...UNTIL the moment I walked into Adobe! I was ELATED! We were welcomed so kindly, from the front desk, vet techs and my saving grace, THEEE man, Dr. Phil Heitman! ALL of them gave my "allergy monster" so much love that even he forgot where he was for a moment. Not only did they help me step by step, to eliminate what his allergies were and weren't, while treating them. Dr. Phil listened. He asked questions...He truly cares! I knew my EXHAUSTING search was over! I was never going anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADOBE! I LOVE DR. PHIL!!!! I would feel confident, happy in fact referring anyone here. He will tell you if there's a more inexpensive way of saving you money. Whether it's on certain medications, food, visits etc. wherever he can save you a little he'll let you know. They have a pharmacy on site. So convenient! You typically won't even wait a day to get a refill! Same day people! Unheard of! At least in my experiences. If you have certain medication(s) you need a lot of, as I have, Dr. Phil writes the RX and says "here, you can get this for half the cost at your pharmacy" ummmm...really? (aw ) After 2 1/2-3 years here, probably a minimum of 20+ visits (I have another baby who has some really scary issues) I'm still blown away! Surprised by the amount of genuine love, care, all around well being Adobe and Dr. Phil has for my dogs...he always goes above and beyond! They were able to get us in immediately and administer medication to stop the seizures. They took care of him all day and were able to get him on preventative medication. I have taken my pets to Adobe Vet Clinic for a few years now. My dog usually has a wellness check up and teeth cleaning done in August/September. I have not scheduled a visit yet and now I do not plan to come back after what happened today. My dog looked like she had been stung by something. Her snout was pretty puffy. I called to ask them how much Benadryl I would be able to give her. The front desk said they wouldn't be able to give me that information because it had been over a year since she's been seen. I said, I'll schedule an appt but I need to give her Benadryl now, you can't give me that info? She said no. But she left my number for the doctor and I have yet to receive a call, 3+ hours later. They definitely seem like they care more about lining their pockets then they do about my pets well being. They lost a loyal customer today. Ps. I googled the info and weighed her and was able to give her Benadryl. She's fine now, no thanks to them. Update: no one called me back :( read more

We recently took our dog rescue dog Stew to Adobe for dental cleaning and extractions. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manor as well as schedule the surgery for the following day.
