While removing one of the trees, a large section fell and damaged my utility shed. I asked for a tarp at the time but planned to discuss repairs when they returned to finish the job. The stump grinding was scheduled three times--May 3, May 17, and May 24--but each time it was canceled. On May 24, I was told the owner had been seriously injured by a tree and they'd reschedule ASAP. I followed up multiple times over the next few months, expressing sympathy and asking for updates, but received no response. I even sent a certified letter on July 25, which was rejected and returned to me unopened. As of today Aug 8, 2025 the stumps remain unground, the shed damage hasn't been addressed, and the company has stopped communicating entirely. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and follow-through.
