You order your meals and help yourself to get a table of your choice while the staff make your pizzas.
The pizza bread is not thick and not too thin. The Gorgonzola cheese added gives the saltiness that the pizza needs. They are generous in the amount of ricotta cheese given if you choose the pizza that has it included. Keep in mind for tomato based pizzas, it's more of a tomato paste, than a marinara sauce. Or maybe this is a French style pizza?
Customer service was wonderful and the pizzas are made from scratch and ready quickly.
Please note that one pizza can feed 1-2 people. We will be back again at our next large grocery visit to Cora. We will try the crepes next time.
