It was too good to be true. She didn't even make it through lunch time before we got a call that she couldn't watch him because he was too much, keep in mind he is a 3 year old boy who is in a brand new environment with all these new toys and new children, he was over whelmed. She gave up on him just like that. I came to find out that we were not the only family this has happened to.

The children here seemed happy and there is usually a long wait list to get in the school because of their good reputation, but it is worth it. I like the structured routine, the caring staff and that she actually learned a few things during her time as a student. I would randomly stop in and have lunch and was always welcomed. I could see the positive way the children interacted with each other. They were very good with parent involvement and would have activities once a month. The prices are incredibly reasonable and they provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. Highly recommended! The happiness of the children attending this school is real!

I went through the accreditation process and got that school accredited. I showed up everyday and never called off unless I was really sick. Well... I was fired on 11/10/21 because I decided that I want to open my own daycare. The owner has known this for the last 9 months and was totally fine with it, but now ALL OF A SUDDEN... it's a conflict of interest and I might try to talk to the parents and take her children to my school. This is all because she wanted me to take over her school and after thoughtful consideration, I decided not to, so she used that against me. I left the school for 15 minutes and returned to get my belongings and she had someone there changing the locks on all of the doors (smh) as if I want to steal her stuff. again, smh. There is SO MUCH that I could expose about this school, but I'm bigger than that so I won't... Just know that my school will be open soon and I am very happy and excited! Phone interview went well. We had our first session. The therapist then reached out to me saying my insurance was inactive. I questioned the therapist "Why hasn't your company reached out.". Mind you, 5 weeks went by since our first interview via phone. I was told 3 days before our next appointment that I was still inactive and they were going to cancel my daughter's appointment. Again, I questioned why since I called my insurance and they reassured me we were in network. After many conversations, I was then told we dont take EAP. I wasted so much time and effort finding someone then telling me they won't take me on. I was beyond fed up. They then tried to tell me they would take the EAP to satisfy me. Please make sure you have your office/paying source in place. This was beyond frustrating and did not appreciate your staff blaming the insurance or dealing with a third party for your paying source. This is very unfortunate.
