Located in Bambang, Pasig City. My cousins bought pancit from here when we had lunch with her. I have to say it was one of the best pancit that I have ever tried that is store bought. A few weeks later we had lunch here with my grandfather and it was still just as amazing as the first time I had it. Service was not so bad. A little bit of a language barrier for us but we eventually understood each other. They do not substitute or will put ingredients on the side. Just a little FYI. In every city, every town we all have that best panciteria or go-to panciteria that we all claim is in fact, the best ever. And we would bring it to family gatherings, to parties or whenever there would be a group thing at home. That's Ado's Panciteria for us. For a long long looooong time everyone would get theirs from there even if it mean going all the way to the heart of Pasig which would mean braving traffic and enduring the travel to go there. That's how much we loved Ado's! Though there are more places to get your pancit fix and really, more convenient. My mom would sometimes drag me there early morning and we would order so much to last us till her/our next craving. What to get: UGH! where to start?! Okay. Get the Bihon, because that's what we always have. With a side order of Lumpiang Shanghai or Camaron Rebusado or BBQ. Mom likes her pancit with pan de sal so you can go ala mom and get that too. Almost everyone in Pasig knows Ado's Panciteria and would claim it as the best pancit place in town. It has been a family favourite every time there's a gathering. It's weird not having pancit on the table and it's even weirder if it's not from Ado's or even the one lola made. What's good about Ado's is that their bihon is not too soggy and not too dry. The vegetables are also cooked well. As for the meat, I just wish they're more generous than usual when adding them. You can also opt to add on some seafood when you order. My favourite is their pancit bihon with shrimp that tastes like chicharon on it. What's also good apart from their pancit is they barbecue. It's also perfect for family gatherings and definitely go well with the pancit. It's also nice that they offer delivery since not a lot of panciterias around Pasig offer that kind of service. read more
