Chris is honest, reliable, and friendly. He works quickly and his work is high quality. He is easy to communicate with and keeps you updated with the progress concerning the task at hand. He encountered traffic on the way to my house and he let me know right away so that I would know when I expect him. His prices are honest and fair. He was able to clean up large branches, leaves, twigs, remove the scrap metal from the roof of a large utility shed, and remove large pieces of scrap wood from my yard. So here is the problem... my elderly mom needs to move into a house asap, and this house was a hoarder's house packed wall to wall and floor to ceiling with junk. The hoarder had cats. The stench was unbearable. This hoarder had been amassing his collection for at least 55 years. He had even filled his yard with junk. I mean this place was like a big giant clown car of smelly garbage. I am boots on the ground with a scant 12 days to complete my mission... get rid of the junk, clean up and move mumsy. I am so glad I made Chris and Jesus of Adrec part of my team. Without them this project would have been utterly impossible. They were Semper Gumby (always flexible) all the way. They came up with solution after solution, as problem after problem manifested during this project. Sometimes they had to completely abandon their plan for a day to accommodate other members of my team. They had to work around the delicate sensibilities of my mom, the continued presence of the critters, the wants and needs of the other members of my team, and of course my mission to wrap this up in a limited amount of time. And we did it with time to spare. Day 10 saw all of the junk gone and my mom moved in. There is a backyard, there is a patio, there are empty space for my mom to put her stuff in, and you can see the floors everywhere. You guys totally rock!
