Our one and only Michelin resto tasting in Mallorca and I can't say I was amazed. The price was a bargain for a Mechlin star tasting menu. At €50 per person, we got 6 course meal. Each dishe was very unique with exquisite presentation but the taste fell a bit flat for me. I didn't think all the flavours and textures blended well together. My husband and friend all felt the same way. Perhaps it's just us. The service was excellent. We showed up without an reservation and they accommodated us with a very nice table outside on the patio. Every dish was explained to us and our liquids were filled promptly.

The ambiance was a refreshing and natural environment. There was a lot of light and plants. They had a very green color theme. There was a green moss wall, plants along the windows acting as curtain, and fern bar, and green chairs. We made a reservation here the night before and were able to get a lunch spot. The set menu was five courses for 35 euros and 25 euros for wine tasting. We only did the food. You could also add on a cheese course for 12 euros which we did not. We did however get one glass of wine for 5 euros. The menu was excellent and very imaginative. The value was tremendous for the food quality. Our waiter was very good as well. They were also able to accommodate no pork for myself very easily. Highly recommended for lunch if you in Palma.

Came here with a reservation to try a Michelin-rated restaurant in Mallorca. The restaurant opens at 8pm so we booked in advance for the first seating. Upon entrance we had our coats taken and got seated right away. The dinner was around 3 hours which was really long for 7 courses. The dinner was a prefixed menu with two desserts in the end for 50€ per person. For an additional cost you can pair wine to each course for 25€ per person. We just opted for our own glass of wine with our meal. The still water is an additional charge too. Complimentary bread with the homemade butter aioli was delicious! It also came in the most adorable little jar. - Mushroom pate with pear chutney & cured duck: i am personally not a mushroom fan or chutney so i wasn't a fan of this dish. - Seafood creme with plankton yolk and saffron ice cream: the order to eat this is to take a spoon of the sauce to eat first and then the entire green plankton yolk in the middle as a whole into the mouth. It really popped like a yolk which was interesting. The saffron ice cream was interesting but the flavoring didn't wow me. - Winter style rice with an Asian touch: this was rice with kimchee flavoring and bok Chou which gave it the Asian touch. I enjoyed the rice though i rarely tasted kimchee. The little bits of meat was also tasty. - Negrito with sea roe-aioli & fresh herbs quinoa: the fish was delicious and perfectly cooked. Everything was covered in squid ink for the black coloring and the foam was actually very lemon-y which was interesting in aesthetics too. - White veal with chestnuts & spicy berry ragout: the veal was cooked very well and paired with chestnut sauce and bits was yum. - Pigeon with chestnuts & spicy berry ragout (additional 7€): this is a substitute option for the veal, and we went for it because it would give us another dish to try between the two of us. The pigeon was sous vide so it was soft but cooked perfectly in texture with some red in the middle. Recommend ordering. - Coconut, mango, & green curry: surprisingly the curry paired well with this dessert. It was mixed with the coconut pudding. The plating reminded me of a volcano and you would crack the meringue on top to eat with everything else. Mango is always good so this was a solid dish. - Roasted apples with nougat ice cream and hot chocolate: lots of dark chocolate flavor so mixing with the sweet apples and ice cream helped. Prefer the dessert before. Service was attentive and nice. However, i didn't think the food was Michelin rated other than the service and plating. The dishes came out on such unique plates and bowls that it definitely intrigued me, but the food was just so-so. The flavors used in each dish were unique but not my cup of tea. We spent a total of 123.20€ total between two people for a Michelin restaurant, which isn't too pricey compared to one's in the U.S.A.

Best meal of the week in Palma, considering that I tried other tasting menus(which were more pricey)! I went for the lunch menu of 6 tasting dishes for 35€ (great value for money)! The waiting staff are all efficient and very engaged throughout the meal, very passionate about the product served. Portions were adequate for a menu and all the dishes gelled well together! The lunch menu changes every often, so will definitely come back the next time in Palma.

The best haute cuisine in town.
