Best decision and recommendation ever. They responded quickly, assessed the situation and went to work mitigating the damage. They had to remove he flooring and all of the lower cabinets in the kitchen then store them in the garage- along with other personal items in other rooms. There was absolutely zero damage. We continue to be impressed as the house is now being remodeled and put back together. All cabinets were salvaged. Facing a situation this awful was overwhelming and there was concern about whether our insurance policy would cover the claim. Jon, the owner, guided us throughout the process and kept our spirits up when weeks went into months not getting answers or a response. Finally, we learned we were getting everything covered! They throughly cleaned around toilets. I also, think they dusted our mantle, and were careful, not to break any of my nick nacks! I feel team 4 did exceptional work! I only had problem once, with Molly Maids, where one of the maids was afraid of our dog. He likes to bark, I tried to keep him away. That team left earlier, than I thought they should. Bed did not get made. But that is only complaint, I have. I give team 4, 5 stars!

We also had people to help them and we never heard back from them again. Poor service.
