I had requested to get 3 trees cut down and 1 stump removed…read more Brandon came at the end of the month and removed 3 trees, Brandon said he was sick and would come back to finish the job (stump removal). I agreed, but he never returned. I tried to send him messages and phone calls over 5 months, and nothing was done. Finally, in March, Brandon told me he would come back at the beginning of the year to finish. He never came. It's now the end of May, and I'm still waiting to get the stump removed. In the last conversation we had, he said he'd be here May 4, 2024, to finish the job. He never showed up. I wouldn't recommend this business, Brandon kept blaming his workers for not showing up and wouldn't return phone calls or messages, which is very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, the visible black cord that was on the side of mailbox looked increasingly tacky each time I looked at it. My husband and I racked our brains on ways we could hide/camouflage the cord and we finally decided the best way would be to dig out the mortar between stones and hide the cord that way, running it to the back of the mailbox . I reached out to Mark with photos of what we were dealing with and how we thought we could fix and Mark made it happen, even working us into his busy schedule.
