The architecture and finish details of the residential home were sometimes extremely detailed and technical, many times outside of the common practice for the builder and his team. Nina provided technical drawings for the build team - working with the manufacturer's specifications. Some of these products and build practices required her to do a fair amount of research for accurate drawings. I also found Nina able to handle stressful, time sensitive changes in stride with a can-do attitude. When something was urgent she made herself immediately available.
