I called the company and Scott told me to send the alarm back to him at my expense. He would not replace it with a new alarm but instead sent one that had previously been returned. Recently the same alarm and an additional alarm started to go off with no smoke or co2 present. I've tried calling numerous time and the message says it is after business hours with no ability to leave a message. I called the corporate office and they gave me a number and name of Sonny Porre at 831-583-5120. I called this number and the message said this cell phone number is not available at this time and there was no way to leave a message. I am very disappointed with this company because paid a lot of money to them for the system.
