We returned the cabinets to the Victoria location and purchased a few additional cabinets. Once again we were met with exceptional customer service. We bought unstained cabinets to stain ourselves and a couple laminate countertops. The quality of the cabinets far exceeds the big name box stores and the prices are better also. We plan to do some future renovations and will most definitely return to Home Outlet. They have a great selection of home improvement products, the pricing is reasonable, and I can't express enough how pleased we are with the exceptional customer service of each Home Outlet employee we have dealt with.

The two times we actually met with H & H employees we were assured that our business was very valuable. That is, simply not true. The installations we managed to get H & H to do have not worked since the day the installations were completed, and still not working to this day. The last "technician" that was sent out left ceiling panels out, wires exposed, and a door to our main central office not working properly. Two months to get a quote on anything in this day and age is just simply ridiculous. Additionally, it was stressed implicitly that the quote be broken down by line item for budgeting purposes. When the quote was received, it was a total for all projects not broken out as requested. We have been waiting for work to be done and were recently informed a technician is not available for 4 more months in addition to the several months wait we have experienced to receive a quote.

The employees were extremely disrespectful to me and everyone in my neighborhood while working here. Driving so fast down a tiny residential street with heavy utility trailers. Even after making them aware that we don't appreciate driving over 35 on these roads filled with kids playing they still drove dangerously and gave us plenty of middle fingers to show they didn't care. I had to pick up snack trash and empty bottles from my yard and on the street where they parked every evening after they left. Just all around a big fail. Not impressed with their idea of what professional contractors are supposed to act like.
