We have a lot of banking we need to do. Places or people occasionally pay us by check, we come here to deposit them because they are in the same network as our credit union. The ladies are always very friendly and are happy to help us out. The facility itself is in a great part of town and it's easy to access. Overall, I find that they are not very…read moreuser-friendly for online banking or the mobile app. Many features that other banks and credit unions allow you to access and change online are not available for their customers. They make you call for almost everything. In addition, the call center customer service people can be rude and condescending. One actually hung up on me. I can't speak for the people inside the branch, but if you're considering opening an account here, I'd reconsider. Try 4Front Credit Union instead or another local option.
