I am now having to pay another $1300 dollars on my loan, which they have converted into an additional $113 per month on my notes. No questions asked. No empathy about what I had to pay for which caused me to not have the full coverage insurance for only 2 months. I never missed a note despite what I had going on and they decided to screw me over anyway. I spoke to their support over the phone and they had attitude and told me the decision is final.
