I go up to the window... I need to cash a check. the lady wants me to fill out a form like I'm taking out a loan (which I thought was completely unnecessary to cash a check) she wanted my bank information, references-all of this just to cash a check I thought that was insane! Then she proceeds to help the person behind me while I'm standing there waiting for her to take my information. she never looked at me never said I'll be with you in a moment. she's simply help this gentleman and left me standing there she was quite rude. I don't know her name but I wish I did! They don't have to worry about me going back I took my paperwork, my check and I walked out!!
