First off let me say I was a little embarrassed by needing to get a loan. I despise having to go…read morethrough banks or other creditors. I had seen some reviews for Gracie on 50th Street, so I swallowed a lot of pride and went into the store. I was greeted with the kindest smile and a very warm welcome. I sat with Gracie and I think she could tell I was uncomfortable in the office. Folks not only did she walk me through the process of a loan and the different types but she also made me feel like a friend. She was extremely considerate and listened to more of my situation than was necessary. Gracie is taylor made for being a manager, the professionalism mixed with just the right amount of caring and open body language completely changed the view I had on my own opinions of needing to use such services. They claim all phone calls are recorded but if that were the case they could easily see they are in the wrong. Not one employee has made any attempt to make this right even though I am attempting to pay the amount they say to s due, but they won't accept credit card payments and I've paid them all the cash I had available I still have no means of transportation to get to work and home in the meantime. They could have and should have done something to help a paying customer.
