They charge money to cards randomly. They lie when they sign you up for your loan and then OVER CHARGE you. When you try to get a refund they argue with you an claim you are trying to fraud them. The service is great, but they are getting very strict and ridiculous with her flexibility in payments. I used to be able to stretch my payment date to the next Monday since I get paid on Friday, but they're being really ridiculous about doing that anymore.
