Recently…read moreI paid off my loan after talking to someone who never once mentioned any delinquency in my account. 2 weeks after paying my loan off, they reported the account delinquent to the credit reporting agencies. When I called, I was told the delinquency was some time ago, but they could not notify me, due to legal reasons. Their website portal where I paid my bill every month never showed me as behind on any payments and nobody ever contacted me. So now they screwed my credit report on a paid loan. I would never do business with them again, nor recommend anyone to do business here.
