The tellers are very nice and they don't get snippy at all. I drive a little more out of the way to go use this branch. The Wells Fargo downtown is a mess and the one out by the mall is slow. Haven't used the one near Morningside Ave. before.

great bank because they concentrate on CUSTOMER SERVICE (industry take note)…read more when you call snb-- you speak to a person-- always. i've never been around a larger organization/bank that was able to effectively manage this. call their number and you will often speak to nadine-- who is a complete pro and could teach lessons on giving good customer service. i lost my bank card and they didn't have a forwarding address so she 3-wayed my call with another person in the cards department that found my returned call and had it forwarded to the new address. this is helpful because i still bank with them from 2 states away. SNB cares about their customers and wants to keep them.
