Bought an axle and look what happened please don't go to advance auto parts Alice tx. The manager does not know what shes doing there plus she's very very very rude!!!!Terrible service. I won't be taking my business over there and sure not my friends. read more

so I went to Alice tx advance auto parts and this old woman at the front desk says can we help you!!! tremendously rude I told her I needed an alternator gave the year make and model she goes looking for it she says is This is all!! I asked her if I could use the restroom she said no we don't have public restrooms it says right there on the door she also then continue to talk about her coworker to some other coworker really loud like if no one was in the store got a broken alternator from her stupid women I am not going back there ever again!!! read more

I was traveling 3hrs away from home And our splash guard under my HONDA came loose and I needed the bolts removed but they didn't want to help. They told me to go to a body shop but the O'reilys near here gave us some tools to take it off. read more

The service was not great the employees' seemed like they didn't want to be there. This was my first time buying a part at this store will not go back. If you don't like your job go do something else you the employee are the face of the company. read more
