We were traveling and stopped here due to a rock chip that I was afraid would split. The front desk girl was super friendly and they worked us into their schedule. She helped get our insurance to pay for the cost. They fixed us in less than 30 mins and we were on our way to New Orleans. About 5 miles down the interstate another rock took a chip out of the windshield and so we turned around and went back. They laughed and we fixed that chip as well. Unfortunately we noticed that one of the chips is starting to split so we may need another repair!!!! I still appreciate all their help!!! read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND The owner Joey is very rude disrespectful and lacks customer service skills . . . Joey calls me at 7:30 and ask was I coming , I told him yes I'll be there at 8 . He proceeded to tell me I can't wait on you I run a tight ship and you gone have to wait 2 hours . Mind you I wasn't given an appointment time . Once I arrived at 8 I checked in to let him know I was out there waiting , and he was very very nasty . He seemed to be upset about something and taking his frustration out on me the customer. So I ended up leaving. I refuse to give my money to a person that does not know how to talk to someone . My neighbor had to have his windshield replaced and I went to pick him up. Not knowingly I scuffed his vehicle. I didn't have any problems in giving my insurance information. When they were finished with his windshield, they wouldn't give him his truck back until I gave them my insurance. They held his truck overnight and wouldn't give it to him. His truck repair and the accident are two different incidents. He had my insurance information when he went to get his truck, but Joey wouldn't call him back. The police had to be involved in getting his truck and they were aware I provided insurance information. Bad customer service!! read more

Bad business practices. Took my truck to get glass replaced. My neighbor gave me a pick up when I dropped it off. Joey claimed that my neighbor bumped his truck in the parking lot when she came to pick me up. I had paid in full in advance. When I called to get ready to pick my truck up, they told me that I wasn't getting it until they got my neighbors insurance info. read more

Went to pick up my car after getting tint and saw 3 spots where they messed up the paint on my trim. I pointed this out to them and they said "oh yea there's nothing we can do about that." And told me I should have gotten my trim job done after my window tinting. Pretty much tried to say it was my fault for them not being careful. Didn't offer a discount. Very unprofessional, do yourself a favor and go to somewhere with better customer service and is more careful with your car. I'm off to go get my trim repainted.. read more

Joey and his team were lifesavers! My son and I were so blessed by God to find this business. On the cold morning of 12/26/22, the day we were scheduled to head up to Tennessee, the front driver side window regulator decided to no longer crank the downed window back up. Not wanting to freeze us out on the several hours trip northward, nor wanting to endure rattling plastic, I quickly looked online and discovered Joey's just a few blocks away. Upon approaching the front desk, Joey himself stepped out of his office, shook my hand as he introduced himself, and immediately got on the phone to order the necessary part. While he said the wait time for part arrival plus tech installation would be approximately two hours, his team had us back on the road in about 45 minutes. And the new window regulator works great! During our brief stay in this town, my son and I discovered Meridian is a special place. Special because of the many hospitable, caring people like Joey, his family, and crew who live and work there.
