For a good three years, I had a number of treatments done here, under the competent guidance of the director, Vicky, as well as a handful of nice, professional, and again, competent, technicians and other support staff that I came to trust over years of collaboration. Vicky is knowledgable and approachable, and despite my initial apprehension and uncertainty, she guided me in achieving a better physical/aesthetic fitness and health and, as a result, helped boost my confidence as well. She and other staff have become a valuable source of information and advice over these years, and I'd recommend the services offered at MDC to anyone who is open. It all starts with a consultation, and there is nothing to lose, right! After 3 children, breastfeeding and many a waking hour spent tending to my kids' needs, I came to the conclusion that my body might be ready for a bit of a makeover. Following the appointment I booked in for the procedures and set about planning for my surgery, which he did simultaneously at Waratah Private Hospital. Following surgery, I recovered well and have been very happy with the results. My breasts are much fuller and the shape is lovely. Plus they are already starting to feel soft, despite them being polyurethane coated or 'Furry Brazilian'. The office is outdated, drab and a little sad, but I was welcomed by a lovely lady at the front desk who checked me in and also happened to be my facialist? I was immediately put at ease. We had a lovely conversation while she diamond busted my face. She was extremely knowledgable about all types of skin problems and won me over with her history treating conditions with natural therapies and oils. I was a little uncomfortable when left alone-the room was quite cold and a little bare. Some fresh new paint, a decluttering and some modern fixtures would give millennium clinic another star. WARNING. Do not use Crown Clinic. I went to Crown clinic 6 years ago. I had paid for 2000 Grafts to…read morebe preformed (Photo evidence shows less than half was actually taken). The Dr was late on the morning which meant we waited for over an hour for the procedure to start. I saw the Dr very quickly when he arrived to do the anaesthetic and the procedure started with the two nurses extracting the follicles. After Lunch they then proceeded to place the follicles back into top of my head using a large needle and tweezers. The pain of this procedure even though I had a few top ups of anaesthetic was the most excruciating that I had been through. I was told that I could wear a hat straight after the procedure and that they forgot to give me saline spray and that I can just pick it up from a chemist. I was also told that I could was my hair after two days. I was really upset when the procedure didn't take thinking it was because I was just one of those that it didn't work on. I Decided to try again with another professional company. Instantly it was a huge difference in not only customer service but the professionalism. I had 2000 grafts done again. I was absolutely stunned at the difference between actual 2000 Grafts and what Crown clinic had fraudulently sold as 2000. I approached Crown Clinic for a refund as they had Fraudulently taken my money, which is all they seem to be interested in.
