I've been using Elizabeth's services since September 2024. Then in December of that year she disappeared, no phone answers, and didn't get back to me until February. Up until then she was 5 stars. This happened again over the summer, gone for a month. No warning, no contacting her clients to let them know she was out of town. She said I could always get hold of her on FB or Yelp, but that didn't work either. Once more, December 2025. I contacted her through Yelp and 2 weeks later her regular assistant Chad contacted me. Chad usually handles the kitchen and laundry room. Elizabeth handles the dusting, vacuuming upstairs and down, and the bathrooms, all for $200/month. This time, Chad handled the regular work he does, but not up to par on the stovetop. He did vacuum the living room, did not do the stairs, upstairs hallway, or either bathroom. Most of the dusting wasn't done, only 2 table surfaces in the living room. He had me pay him directly the $200, and trusting he'd gotten everything I did so. When I found out later that he hadn't done all the work, I contacted Elizabeth through both forums. No reply. I'm seeing other reviews that are having similar experiences. Chad said he was trying not to lose clientele; too late now. I'm hiring someone else. read more

They came twice to my house. They did a good job both times. They were supposed to show up last week and they failed to do so with no message or contact. I had arranged things so it,would be easier to clean. My house is large but they were not required to clean the whole house. I would have had no problem had they called me and advised me they didn't want to clean the house any longer or at least text me I am disappointed in the lack of responsibility it takes to keep your clients informed. read more

This was a super weird/sketch cleaning company. We requested a move out clean of an older house. We let them know the house was in rough shape when we moved in and that we needed a good clean but they didn't need to go too crazy. It was 1400 sq feet and honestly looked pretty good when we moved out/in about the same as when we moved in besides the fridge that needed a good clean. She called to ask if they could do it in 2 visits, one of which my family would have been there/in the way and I requested to do it all at once. Probably should have noticed the red flags there because what cleaning crew comes at 8p in the evening to start? She claimed she had another clean in Idaho at 1p the next day and I asked if she could just do it all at once and she agreed. She said they charged a fixed rate of $25/pp/hr. Seemed like a great deal, so I said ok. She and another person came and started to clean. At 1 she said she was leaving and said she would be back later in the day...with 4 people...wtf. And that it would take another 3-4 hours at least. At that point I said ok to finishing the fridge with one other person but absolutely not to the 2 other randos and to send photos of what had been done for our records. Lo and behold the house was already clean. She wanted to essentially have us spend another $300-$400 after the job was completed. This may have been due to a deep desire to have the most sparkling clean house on the face of the planet but my guess is it was just to plump up the $$$. I'm giving her two stars because it was clean and the landlord thought it looked good. No idea why she requested an additional 3 hours with 4 more people. Super scammy. In the end it worked out and was only $325 or so, but if we had agreed to the 4 extra people for no apparent reason would have been a 600-700 clean for a 1400 sq foot house! read more

I have never had a better home cleaning experience. Elizabeth and Sara(h) came, and these 2 women were not only cordial but highly organized and experts at their cleaning. This 2,000 sq ft upper level of the house looks amazing. My 86 year old mother, who is having a hard time due to health, was astonished when she got home. She is very particular with her home and has always prided herself in cleanliness and is highly pleased. I'm so happy I used Yelp to find this business. Now she can enjoy herself instead of trying to keep the home in perfect condition herself. I think we are gonna keep them on steady. read more

Set up for a quote, on Sunday with 10-12, see picture. Around 1230 I reached out to them as they never showed or reached out to me see picture. They informed me they are cleaning someone's else house and would not arrive until maybe around 2. I asked them to remove me from their quote as they were extremely unreliable. Don't not use these people. If you can't show up to perform a job then you get a 1/5. read more
