I seen Dr Kevin Bush and he is great. They froze off several skin spots but I had a spot on my nose that he said he was worried about. He took a sample and sent in to check for cancer. It came back basil cell carcinoma. Then I was scheduled for a surgeon to come in a do Moh's surgery. This Dr. stated since this place was located so close to my eyes he couldn't do the surgery he stated I could go to Jacksonville or Atlanta but whatever surgeon works in me could possibly leave my face disfigured under my eye toward my nose. He also suggested radiation. I chose radiation and had the appt pretty fast to get this done and be free from the cancer. read more

I saw PA Bass in Sept/Oct. 2023 and he appeared skeptical about actually touching my rash and examining my HS issue under my arm. He then told me about wanting to put me on a new drug that was about to be approved around the end of the year. I rushed back from Christmas break for an appointment with him to get the ball rolling for the new treatment, since we knew my Insurance had to pre-approve. I kept my appt, they drew labs, and I was told the nurse would call me. After not hearing anything from anyone, I called around the end of Jan. 2024 to get the progress, had to leave a message, and did not get a callback. I called again in Feb 2024 and left another message, with no callback. I finally got a call back from the nurse in March 2024 and she explained my insurance denied the request and she was trying to go directly through the drug manufacturer's program and would update me once she heard something. Here we are in August (almost a year from the date of my initial appointment) and no one has called me since March 2024. Lord forbid, my situation was an emergency one! I would not recommend this business to anyone. Go somewhere else and do not waste your time or money with them. I can't say everyone there is a dud, but the nurse I got sure is! read more

The office staff were really nice and professional over the phone and in office. My baby saw Dr. Bush for an infection on her foot. He was very professional and very nice. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He explained everything we needed to know in reference to her diagnosis and provided proper instructions on treatment. He answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this office for all of your dermatology needs! read more

Dr. Kevin Bush is AWESOME. He knows what he's doing and he makes sure you fully understand what he's trying to explain. He recommends products that he knows will help with your situations and explains them to a T on how to properly use them. The kind and sweet ladies at the front desk take the time to break things down and explain. They make sure that you are scheduled properly. My overall experience here is amazing. Stay far away from this place! I made an appointment with Tammy on a referral, but unfortunately she is not reliable. She cancelled at the last minute as I had made this appointment weeks in advance. I was automatically rescheduled without any knowledge. Additionally, their "scheduling department" is pathetic! There is no possible way to talk to anyone in the actual office. I'd give it no stars if that were possible. read more

When your significant other tells you that there is a spot you need to have looked at or a spot just won't heal--go see Advanced Dermotology! If it's as tiny as a mustard seed they use liquid nitrogen to freeze it--cold but painless. If it's big and growing DEFINITELY make an appointment! No one wants to face a cancer or something that detracts from your looks. I have used Advanced for many years and my annual check ups have caught many issues BEFORE they become dangerous. I have been seeing Dr Kevin Bush. He is very personable and he takes time with you to really understand what's going on. He is respectful and very friendly. He is very knowledgeable in his field and has been a great help to me. My daughter takes me to my appointments and he has always spoken to her and addressed any questions she has asked as well as for myself. The staff is very friendly and courteous and in general having to go to any doctor is rough but this office treats you like family. Prices are reasonable also. I do have insurance, but like everything else the staff have taken care of everything for me, and showing and giving great care in all situations. Highly recommended read more

Trouble releasing records to new doctor when patient relocated to another city

He might be good, debatable. However, appointment scheduling has much to be desired, overbooking maybe an ATM machine for Advanced Dermatology? My appointment was 1:30 PM. I waited in one waiting room for thirty minutes, then next moved to the next holding pen for fifteen minutes. Then I left, just having wasted forty-five minutes. When leaving, NOT ONE person seem to particularly care. If this is the general attitude at the front end at Advanced Dermatology, clinical care has to just as bad. Stay away from Advanced Dermatology. Phoebe has real MDs. And at the front end, those who know how scheduling works. Note to Advanced Dermatology: scheduling has been around for a while, it is not rocket science; but you treat humans as ATM machines. read more

After waiting over an hour for our appointment and confessing we were about to leave, we were called back to a room. After another 10 minutes Dr. Curry arrived but he left after a minute to chase down someone leaving to continue a conversation with her. The restroom had no way to lock the door in either the men's or ladies restrooms which I brought to the nurse's attention. Also, a prescription was supposed to be called into our pharmacy and 6 days later still has not even be sent to them. However, they are closed this week so it will be another week before we can call them so they can call it in. We will NOT be returning to this office again. Too bad there are no options to click no stars. read more

If you see Dr. Greenfield she is okay but you may wait for 2 hours or not, just depends. Kevin Bush the PA is nice but not as knowledgeable as dr so it is hit or miss. And he says call if you have a problem but they do not return calls. Staff is passive aggressive and do not follow through on letting doctors know patient's questions or concerns. For instance they were to update computer program so I could get a prescription and it took 6 days so I was without scrip for that long. They never apologized. Another time I called ahead to see how far they were running behind and staff refused to check. They were running 3 hours behind and waiting room was stuffed with no chairs available. Then doctor's appointment was perfunctory. I suggest you try the other dermatologist in town or drive to Atlanta. read more
