We were in a pinch when we found out on a Monday that our old dishwasher was hardwired and we had a new dishwasher being delivered Tuesday that required a wall outlet, which the plumber was scheduled to hook up on Wednesday. We called what felt like every single electrician in the north shore area and no one picked up or called us back, except for Advanced Electrical. They offered to come out the next day (Tuesday) in the afternoon which was the best case scenario. The next day (Tuesday) after we received over a foot of snow, he called us first thing in the morning saying clients had cancelled on him and that he could come in the morning to install the outlet. This was less than 24 hours after we contacted them! Our appliances ended up getting delayed a week (due to weather and Home Depot's incompetence) after he had installed the outlet in place of the hardwiring. When the plumber begin hooking up our new dishwasher and gas range, we realized the outlet we were going to use for the gas range had been connected to the electrical line that powered the hardwiring of the old dishwasher (which is not typical). So while the plumber was there to hook up the range, he couldn't verify its functionality because there was no power to turn on the oven. We called Advanced Electrical urgently and he came straight over, no hesitation. He had to snake a new electrical wire and he and the plumber worked together to get the oven up and going. This is a company that will come through for you in a pinch, they are dependable and we highly recommend them. I've already referred someone to them actually! I recently needed an electrician to help me wire my pool filter into my breaker box and put it on a timer. Dave/Advanced Electrical got me all set up, and while I'm no electrician, it seems like he is very diligent about doing things the right way. He even cut about a 1" piece of conduit just to connect the breaker box over to the timer switch. Seems like a small thing, but it's a place a corner could have easily been cut. Quality work.
