I let the dr know that I would be having a surgery and didn't want to buy anything to expensive till after the surgery because I will have met my co-pays and deductible (he was recommending very expensive inserts). He sent me with a night splint and a heal cushion that were to large. No sure how he didn't know the items would be to big as he had my feet in his hands. When I called the next day to let them know they were big and they called me back to say they are the smallest that they carry. I tried to use them a couple times but they were just to big. A few weeks later I got a bill for over $300 for the orthopedic things. I was floored. I looked online and the same things on amazon for less the $60 for both and came in a small size. Needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone!

While scheduling my appointment, I inquired about a massage appointment on the same day. Amber let me know that her and Kailah Dutt could provide the spa dual package which includes both callous removal and massage at the same time. When I showed up it was clean, friendly and both greeted me upon arrival. The room was peaceful and made getting ready for the massage easy. I was comfortable the moment I walked in. I cannot speak on the chiropractor dr. but I see the massage therapist here. Her name is Rebecca and she is by far the best I have ever been to. She is quiet, kind and very professional. The massage room is upstairs and is so so so cozy. I would strongly recommend booking a massage with Rebecca @ Williams! Thank you to this whole office for always making me feel so welcome when I come in!
