RAISING SOLUTIONS--A COMPANY THAT RAISES THE BAR…read more *****A Truly Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!***** 3 concepts capture this company: Honesty, Professionalism, Outstanding workmanship! As a homeowner who has dealt with many contractors through the years, only a few has received this reviewer's measure of excellence. RAISING SOLUTIONS is one company I have now added to our short list. From the beginning, from the very first phone call to the final day of the project, every person we interacted with demonstrated honesty, integrity, and customer respect. I'll start with our first contact: The ladies in the office--Carrie and Audrey. I call them "Command Central". They were friendly, organized and quick to answer my questions or get an answer for me with a quick return call--no ghosting here!. Keeping me up to date with scheduling, who will be on our property doing the work, who will be the lead crew member, their time of arrival etc.-- all was accomplished without me having to call. Even the introduction and photo of the lead member was emailed before the work began. I have never had that information given ever! Homeowners need to know who will be working on their property and who is responsible for the project. I didn't have to ask for that information! Next is Nick--the project manager: He is incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about the entire process which seems like a given but in my experience (and during our vetting process for this project) this was not always the case. We asked very detailed questions from drilling pressure, to who produces the piers they use and then to final clean up plans. Nick took the time to detail the procedure and answer all of our many questions and never did I hear the little huff/puff of irritation (if you have vetted people, you know the sound and you know what is being communicated to you). Nor was there ever that smug little sort of laugh that speaks volumes of "you-dummy" to customers asking a lot of the questions. And a big, big plus--there was no selling pressure--no "sign up now or you will miss the deal of a life-time". Last but not least--the installation crew--the muscles: These guys are the nuts and bolts of the project--the dirt diggers, the "sweat-sters", the mudslingers and really the "muscle" of the process. Our project was during an extreme heat wave with temps over 100 many days. We never heard complaining or a "griping-whiner". They had a right to whine--it was hot! These guys were with us every day for almost two weeks. They worked very hard and sweated a lot especially when they were in the trenches. And then the one thing we didn't want to happen, happened--it rained--only on one day for a short time but we knew the dirt diggers would become the mudslingers. It was a "Missouri-clay-mud-hole-mess"! "No problem" I was told, when I called to check if they needed to let the dirt dry out for a day or two. They came the next day with nice clean clothes and left with the muddiest mess all over themselves. I found myself apologizing for all of the mud everywhere but what I heard back was, "No problem--we'll see you tomorrow". Our crew first started with Ed, Gavin, Owen, Austin, Dawson (in no specific order) and later Waylen. Other team members joined during the process and all were very nice, worked hard--no goofing off. The next day and the next was the same--a "good morning", answering our questions, unloading equipment and off to work. It was a pleasure to watch them work--a "well oiled machine". They were an impressive crew especially when lifting the steel pipe sections like they were boxes of cotton. NOW TO THE REVIEW RECOMMENDATION: In a world where quality and honesty is becoming more and more a figment of our imaginations, RAISING SOLUTIONS stands out above the rest. I highly recommend them as a first company to consider if you are in need of any of their services--especially foundation piers for your home stabilization. Finally, an important "Note" to conclude with this review as it could sound like a "paid advertisement". I am in no way related to anyone in this company nor have I received any compensation or discount for my review. What I did receive was a solution to my potential problem from a company worthy of your consideration should you find yourself with foundation issues. I was not disappointed, in fact, I am very pleased that such high quality still exists. They are the exception!

Called company to get a free estimate and made an appointment. Very generous with dates and times…read more Made an appointment for a Feb 19th 0900am. Received text messages and emails confirming date and time for appointment. They even included picture and name of employee that would be providing the estimate. One day prior to appointment, I continued to receive updates and reminders of the pending appointment. Day of appointment, the 19th at 0800, I received a phone call stating the technician or estimator would not be responding due to "family issues". COMPLETLEY UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS. Sometimes these issues arise instantly and can't be avoided. They offered to reschedule the appointment. I gladly accepted and rescheduled. Days goes by leading up to the new scheduled date for the estimate. I receive text messages as well as emails confirming the appointment as reminders. This is very convenient and helpful. One day prior to the new scheduled date, I received text and email confirming the date and time. Well, date of the new appointment, long and behold, at 0737 am I receive a phone call and text from the "manager" stating the estimator will not be making to the new appointment due family/personal complications. This company should have other employees to complete their expectations and scheduled appointments. At the very least, I believe they should have informed customers the day before knowing that this estimator needed to be with his family or had demands from his personal life that may conflict with his scheduled appointment. Or have a contingent plan in case of. Understanding life sometimes throws a curve ball at you and are unexpected. BUT.....I have hesitations with entering into a contract with a company. I hope the employee and family are well but I will NOT be doing business with this company.
