Her staff saw my blood sugars were…read moresuper high during pregnancy but didn't mention anything, it was my first and I wasn't a diagnosed diabetic I was only hypoglycemic at the time, and she even saw but didn't say anything besides to just watch what I eat. I was 6 weeks and 5 days. Not even a week later, I went in for a blood test to see if maybe I had the pregnancy diabetes, my sugars were in the upper 200s from not even eating anything and I rushed to her office and I found out I lost my baby. The ultrasoundist , the younger one was not very kind about my loss. I went in later that week to make sure that I miscarried and the older ultrasoundist was kind and explained everything to me. She told me that I could still have children and that she was so very sorry for my loss. That was really the only nice staff member she has. The dr herself is very short when it comes to her visit and wasn't very compassionate when telling me about my loss, she just rushed to tell me to think about birth control and she would get her staff to set me up for a d&c.

I had called yesterday and spoke with a nice young lady on the phone concerning what I needed to do. When I entered, there were 5 or 6 "service windows" but no waiting. I approached the first window, told her who I was and she immediately recognized me from my phone call. She said yes sir, I have your paperwork right here and told me which areas to address and which ones to ignore. While I was completing the paperwork, she photocopied my ID and when I finished she said that's it sir. You'll receive a call within 24-48 hrs to schedule your first appointment. Whole process arrival to departure about 17 minutes! Very impressed so far!

Most dentists in the area are closed on Fridays. Dr. Al Aultman answered the phone himself. His response, "we're booked up today but for an emergency, especially for a kid we'll stay late, be here at 3:45." The office was new, the staff was extremely friendly and sympathetic. They did a high tech electronic exray that took just a few seconds. They ended up pulling the tooth because the new tooth that was coming in was pinching the nerve. The whole thing took a little more than an hour. The next day the dentist called to check how my son was doing but couldn't reach me on my cell so he called my home number in Montana and spoke to my wife. This is the kind high quality service that we should get from all medical professionals. I would switch dentists if we lived there.
