In addition to her being an extraordinarily well respected doctor in the community she is known by doctors all over the state and further for her expertise and has the utmost respect from every doctor I know. Whenever I am asked who I see as my gyno and mention Dr. Helen Lacoste I get the same reaction. Oh, I know Dr. Lacoste she is known very well, and I have met her personally and have worked with her personally in some capacity whether for referral or at some sort of conjoined effort for certain needs that I've had over the years and the single thing that people always mention is that she is an incredibly knowledgeable and continually one of the Most respected doctors in her field and among others in the state of Michigan, that they know I've always said she also has an incredible bedside manner unlike any doctor I've ever met before my entire life, and if someone with an extreme phobia and white coach syndrome, this quality is a true gift and effort on her part and part of who she is I have never met someone with such care and dedication to ensuring I am taking care of myself and the best way possible but also she's getting to know me as a person so that I feel comfortable with her and she is very diligent about follow up making sure things are as easy for me as possible as I've gone through surgery with her among other things and I have a couple friends who by chance have also had her to further baby and she was wonderful with both of my friends that had unexpected changes and had to see someone right away and ended up with Dr. Lacoste by chance their experiences were second and none. I consistently tell Dr. Lacoste that every appointment I see her at that she is not allowed to ever retire because I will need her the type of quality care the experience and attention to my medical needs and health for the future are always half of mine for her. She never forgets anything and ensures that I have things in advance that I'll need example a breast cancer screening and mammogram order. Has me an MRI order for when I have to make my appointment so that I don't have to call back and make them even though it's a month in advance or so, she makes everything as easy as possible. She is incredibly kind and will spend as much time as she needs with you when it appointment to explain things and make sure you feel comfortable and understand what's going on. I could not recommend someone more and although she is a very popular demand person, I strongly urge you to make an appointment with her and you will thank yourself. He also said you can come in 2 times a week if you want slower results, which means to me that the care he can provide be done with less visits. I would recommend you look elsewhere for your chiropractor visits. Dr. Kramer told me my lower back could not be fixed the damage has already been done. I visited another chiropractor for a second opinion who told me I CAN be fixed. I only have to see the other chiropractor when I feel like I need an adjustment. No requirements on amount of times I need to see him.

I visited this office on June 12, 2026, for an Ultherapy consultation. The consultation itself was informative, but I explained that I needed to discuss the cost with my husband before making a decision. The staff suggested I apply for CareCredit so I could finance the procedure with six months of interest-free payments. They assisted me with the application using their iPad and helped me obtain a $3,000 credit line. I scheduled an appointment for the following week, but after discussing it with my husband, I called on June 15 to cancel. The office accepted my cancellation and even sent me a text confirming it. Almost two weeks later, I discovered that my CareCredit account had already been charged the full $3,000 on the day of the consultation, even though I never received the procedure. I was never told that my account had been charged, and I did not believe I had authorized a payment for a procedure that had not been performed. When I contacted the office, they refused to reverse the charge and told me that I had signed authorizing the transaction. My understanding was that I was signing documents related to the CareCredit application on their iPad, not authorizing an immediate $3,000 charge. Because of this dispute, CareCredit opened an investigation into the transaction. As a result, I lost access to my CareCredit funds and had to use another credit card to pay for a different medical expense. My experience has been extremely stressful and time-consuming. I recommend that anyone financing through this office carefully review every document before signing and request copies of everything immediately.
