However, that's where the service ended. The home has been sitting on our pad a month awaiting Timberline's contractors to finish set up while our family of six has their belongings in storage and is having to stay with relatives. Timberline is no help when calling the office to ask for assistance in getting the mobile home move-in ready. They blame everything on the contractors (their contractors).

service requested: Wire new room addition to our home and new detached 2 car garage...both, new…read moreconstruction. They would NEVER show up at the work site when promised and would NEVER call. They delayed our construction project at least 9 weeks Project time period: (October 2025 - March 2026). In our defense, this company was the one our chief contractor used AND refused to "fire" them after several no-show incidents. Would not recommend this company, ever. requested service: replace 4 of 8' LED strip lights that Wright electrical had installed in above mentioned new 2 car garage completed March 2026, that were damaged by lightning strike near the garage, They installed 4 identical "plug and play" strip lights in less than 20 minutes. Then they gave me an invoice for $ 1,875.00 (ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS). I told them I had priced the light strips at Lowes and they cost $ 115-125each...plus installation (20 min).plus service call should be $ 600 or less (since they had already been paid for the original installation 5 months prior). The invoice was reduced to $ 700. I paid them with a check and got a receipt. After the storm damage, my initial call was to my chief contractor...he sent Wright Electrical to repair/replace light strips. they will NEVER do any other work for me. I still feel I was ripped off, but at least not for $ 1,875 !!!!!
