yesterday 9/15/26 and they told me that my friend and I were no longer allowed to shop at the dispensary because I left AN HONEST REVIEW ON HERE AND SUPPOSEDLY MADE THE BUDTENDER LISTED BELOW UNCOMFORTABLE? CAUSE I SPOKE THE TRUTH?! So my friend it was his FIRST time there...so its obvious instead of fixing the situation...they dont care anything about their patients... THOSE PICTURES BELOW IN MY POST WERE NOT POSTED UNTIL MY POST. THEY WONT SELL TO ME BECAUSE THEY DO PEOPLE DIRTY AND I CAUGHT ON!!! I use to really like coming here until the last few times coming in. First off, the girl with the medium length black hair & glasses or not? Anyways, when I first started coming to Advance Wellness, I saw that they advertise for the RSO program. They took my name and told me "our manager will check on it and give you a call back". Ok sure! No..problem! Well, a few months go by and the first time I had an issue is, I once again asked the girl with the black hair what was up with the RSO program and the manager has never gotten back to me and the girl responded "this isnt our managers only job and she has been really busy, plus the RSO program is for people who have cancer". I didnt say anything because I had plenty of RSO but I go to the cancer care center of America...what if all us cancer patients DONT WANT to talk about how many days we possibly have left on this earth?! Its NONE of her business about my illness...but yet this "budtender " y'all have working is supposed to be caring & helping me get my medicine.... I think not! Also, this past weekend...8/29/26 area i asked for a indica...bought 14g of a INDICA then turned around and bought what was supposed to be 14g of a SATIVA HYBRID high THC% & TERPS. Explain to me why I brought an OUNCE of the same thing?! Sour zprite & face off og or something like that is the EXACT same. And its GARBAGE!!! Doesn't do crap. When I went into y'all's shop, not only did I tip all the budtenders well because I thought they were taking good care of me even when that girl would say some stupid crap that she didn't even know what the hell she was talking about, but when you give me crap weed and even the same type of weed, I'm good. I think the thing that bothers me the most is the RSO program. I use cannabis for my illness and the fact that the manager can't even give a simple phone call back to me, I'm good on you guys. Don't come here! They don't give a damn about us and it shows in their products. I thought Muskogee had a good dispensary but Advance Wellness is not it. What a shame. read more

Started off by going through drive thru and and budtender said i could use card on drive thru but she needs my card code to my banking account.....so i daid ill walk in....came in to purchase a disposable penjamin and i almost got an enjoy brand like always but tender told me the jeffe 5g were tasty like flower.....$60 later and i got a pen that taste like an eastern indian hotel smells! Other then their product being nice, the environment is a huge fail, use to see someone when I walked in, but the last few times I've gone in she hasn't been there. I guess my favorite bud tender isn't there anymore either, guess I can see why. Will be finding a new regular place to go, maybe consider the same. Customer service is half a business, and is lacking. read more
