Rainbow stored boxes of different items in the upstairs of my house after the downstairs flooded. I found food in many boxes. Rats also found those boxes and were feeding of them. They denied it and cost me more than $2,000.00 in damages and pest control. Then they lost furniture placed into their custody. I don't know how they are going to deny it since I have the list of items that they themselves prepared. Within 45 minutes of my call, the amazing team of Jason, Maria & Carlos arrived with all the equipment needed to remove everything wet or damaged. They quickly set up fans, dehumidifiers and Hepa filters. They put plastic up to separate the affected rooms, and also laid plastic down and wore shoe covers to protect our unaffected flooring.
