Steve was one of the first I called and he said that he would try to fit us in to look at it. I also called three other companies. Two said they couldn't help us and one said that their earliest time to get here would be over a week away. Steve called back late in the day and I told him about trying to get someone to come. He came at 5:30 p.m. It turned out to be the breaker (which was not clear that it was not on) and he had to order another and got to us about 4 days later to install it. This was a good experience, and I'd recommend them.
