The reason why i chose advantage over Alliance was do to how i was treated by Advantage, no matter who I talked to whether it was in person or on the phone they were all very friendly and help full. When i talked to Alliance they seemed very cold and like when they looked at me all they saw were doller signs in there eyes. The People at Advantage were more interested in me and what i wanted and what they could do for me to help make it happen. Michael was amazing he's such a jokester he maid the entire experience fun and stress free and took as much time as i needed for him to answer my questions and concerns about the entire process, and Michael was great working with the budget i had to work with. I told what i wanted in the basics and what i wanted in the up grades and Michael said no problem whatever you want and made it happen. So now i have this amazing house that i love in a good park. It's also amazing how fast the process is from the time you sign paper work to when the house is done and ready for you to move in, it was great. My mother recently purchased a mobile home with the help of Joe Ross and Advantage Homes. We were referred to Advantage Homes through a family friend and are so happy to work with them, especially Joe. What a great experience. WOW WOW WOW!!! I met a wonderful agent at the Advantage Homes lot by the name of Christine Faris. She was informative, courteous and very welcoming. She showed us all the model homes and discussed different options for us. We advised her that we were shopping around and that we were going to visit the Alliance Homes lot down the street. Her answer was so simple. She said with a smile "yes, please make sure that you check the Alliance competition, I assure you, you'll be back and I'll see you soon". We didn't realize what she really meant by that but we found out. As soon as we drove onto the lot, we were "sized up". We were driving in one of our older cars and were dressed down for the weekend. Apparently, our "look" didn't fit the bill and we were not allowed to see any of their model homes until we signed a credit application to see if we were "worthy". Needless to say, we didn't give them any information so they in turn did not allow us to see their homes didn't give us any information as well. We went right back to Advantage Homes and Christine Faris and signed for our wonderful new $169,000 trade in home. After exploring our options; we decided that the best choice for us to start with was the manufactured home route; and we ended up working with Advantage Homes. We are very happy we chose them! We got a great deal on a great house. We chose to go with buying something that was previously owned over having a new one built for us. Joe Ross was really great to work with; he took us to LOTS and lots of homes to look at until we finally found the one we loved. Always readily available and flexible to work with our schedule - he even came to our workplace (an hour away) to help us get some paperwork done. Very good about returning phone calls/emails quickly. The whole process was relatively painless (as painless as this sort of thing can be, anyway!) and got completed pretty quickly. We made an offer on a very hard park management and was approved but we decided to cancel that park because we didnt want to feel like we was getting micro manage by the park manager. After searching through condos and apartments, once I stopped at Advantage Homes, I think I'm sold. I stopped by with my boyfriend one Saturday to have a look at the models that are on their display lot because we've always been curious about the idea of mobile homes. We were greeted right away by one of the sales agents. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but he was really friendly. We told him we were just looking but he was more than happy to show us around. We were astounded at the quality of the mobile homes.
