The people doing the work seemed good and came out when scheduled and did the work in a reasonable timeframe. Then the problems started. First, they said they were no longer working in our area so we couldn't get more work done. Then we noticed little things that were supposed have been included in the price, but were not on the work orders. Finally, the new furnace they installed will not turn on! We have called and called and they will not return our phone calls. So we are stuck with a $$$ furnace that does not work. We will have to pay someone else to fix their issue. How completely unethical.

I hired this company for a small project to repair a leaking roof on my backyard storage shed. The…read morescope included full cleaning, removing the leaking skylight, and replacing the shingles. The worker finished late (around 7:00 PM), and because it was dark, I couldn't inspect the work until the next morning. When I checked, I found several issues: 1. The wood panel covering the skylight extends outside and is exposed to the weather. When it rains, it will get wet and eventually rot. 2. They removed a wood slab underneath the repaired area that was attached to the roof but didn't restore it. Now my shed has two open holes where birds and insects can enter. 3.The worker didn't bring enough material and reused old, water-damaged pieces. I contacted the company, and the boss promised to send someone the next day. I even took a day off to wait, but no one showed up. After multiple follow-ups and more broken promises, they stopped responding once my payment cleared. What's worse, when I first found them on Yelp, they had two recent 5-star reviews. Now, all those reviews are gone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability.
