Advantage Pest Control is the best service I have ever experienced in years. Customer service is amazing. My technician, Damian, is the best service provider. He educates you on what the problems are and how the treatment plan works. Living in a high bug area, since APC, Nothing bugs us anymore. No more wasps, ants, spiders, cockroaches, fire ants and field mice. I especially love how he will call before arriving, and even is available to arrive early. I look forward to an appointment because I know his service is miles ahead of other service providers. With other companies, how business is supposedly done, everyone knows you can't plan anything on a day you have an appointment. Because you are waiting between the hours of, or every business is calling to tell you they are behind at the one before you, or they are rushing from last place stuck in traffic. Not with APC! Damian has been early every time. I can plan a day still. I can run my own business where I need to be out making deliveries even on an appointment day. I have that assurance from experience that he shows up early and at the latest on time. I have the every 3 month plan, and it is perfect! I have not had to call in between appointments since the first two appointments when I first moved in. The call backs are Free! Within three months my Pest situation went from out of control with me spraying myself to Now everything runs like a fine tune machine. And I live in a heavy wooded area next to a field. Advantage Pest Control was perfect. Our house is new construction in the country so we expect all kinds of critters, like spiders, ants, scorpions, etc. They quoted me a fee for the service at the time I made the appointment and provided the name of the technician who would service my house. He called on the day of the appointment to confirm the time slot and even offered to arrive early (which was greatly appreciated). He inspected the entire house (incl the attic), thoroughly sprayed inside and out, and also explained what he used and observed during his inspection. Everything was very professional yet friendly. Weeks later, we continue to find dead spiders and such in the garage or on the backyard patio so we know the treatment lasts. Will definitely use them again! read more

We moved into our home in August 2018, it had been vacant for over 2 years. It is a beautiful 2 story home with nice landscaping, lovely front yard and big back yard. The only problem was the yards were infested with fire ants, carpenter ants and spiders; which lead them (insects) to seek refuge inside the vacant home.
